Café Bar at Omnibus Theatre

The furniture looks a bit rickety. But most of it is comfortable. There is a good selection of drinks and snacks available. By buying something you are helping support the community theatre which stages some marvellous productions.

i was looking for a cozy nice place to read a book and enjoy my coffee and found this perfect café accidentally. different from all the overpriced and overcrowded brunch places around clapham common, omnibus theatre cafe is so quiet and has really great mushroom quiche if you want to grab food too.

Is chilled calm vibes. Lovely staff and lovely ppl attending the space.

Charming, bright and airy cafe at the front of the Omnibus Theatre. Rarely busy, hence I suspect it is not well known and seemingly doesn’t attract much word-of-mouth praise, which is a shame as it’s a lovely place. Along with the usual coffees, beer and wine they have a selection of vegetarian and vegan light bites. The staff are very vocal about being meat-free, although this is not necessarily obvious when you first approach the cafe so I personally missed a meat option. The decor is super relaxed and charming, an eclectic mix of old wooden tables, sofas and chairs. Plus a small outdoor terrace which is perfect if the sun is out. Cool cafe, very chilled out place and friendly staff. They also have some board games for you to play with.

Yummy coffee and pastries for a good price. Nice place to hang out and meet friends to catch up on a sunny day!

Lovely local cafe with a strong community feel. Really spacious so great for large groups or if you want somewhere with good, affordable food.
